Saturday, Oct. 31 from 8-10 p.m.

Sunday Nov. 1 from 2 to 4 p.m.

This is Prime Time Big Band’s second celebration of all things Ella.

Singer Deanne Matley explains why the band is eager to recreate the magic again:

“Well, we did the first one in January this year, and it was an overwhelming huge success, with a huge wait list and people leaping to their feet at the end. I had so many people come up to me after and say ‘When are you going to do this again?’ as well as requests of their favorite tunes, which we were happy to put in this concert.”

What can folks expect this time around?

“A lot of Ella favourites!  We’ve got a great mixture of swing, Latin, ballads, blues and showstoppers – songs everyone will recognize, and maybe a few new ones as well. It will be full of energy, and heart. Nothing beats singing with an incredible big band and the audience will feel it!”
